Karen Moore Weddings prides itself on offering a personal Wedding Planning Service, for each individual couple’s needs, in order to ease the stress and strain that can result in planning a wedding. Our organisational skills, planning, contacts, experience, all contribute to saving time (which in these busy times is essential) and indeed money.  We are based in Perthshire, giving easy access to most regions in Scotland or further afield, if required!

Full Wedding Service

We can provide a Full Wedding Service for couples who require the assistance of a Wedding Planner from start to finish, giving guidance, support and taking care of all details be they large or small.  This alleviates the pressure and stress of organising a wedding and of course helps time constraints involved in this.  From finding that magical location, drawing up a budget plan, discussing themes, invitations, catering, music, photography and on the day management, to make-up, nails and perhaps dance classes!

On The Day Management

On The Day Management is the service we provide for clients who have done all the planning and made all the arrangements themselves, however would like somebody there on the day, to make sure things run smoothly and go according to plan.  We will liaise with the venue and various suppliers chosen, check everything is set up as required and ultimately be that helping hand so couples can relax and enjoy their very special day.

Advisory Service

We are able to offer an Advisory Service for those clients who just need a helping hand initially to set out a Planning Timetable and may only need occasional assistance from time to time.  This would entail meeting and discussing each couple’s particular requirements and thereafter giving guidelines to follow and to be on hand to advise should they encounter problems or difficulties.
